Credit card TYPE:        Mastercard Visa                 (Only Mastercard and Visa can be accepted)

Credit card NUMBER (no spaces): A value is required.Invalid format.

Card EXPIRY (mmyy): A value is required.Minimum number of characters not met.Exceeded maximum number of characters.Invalid format. (Example: 0207 would represent 02/2006 or Feb 2006)

Card CVV (xxx): A value is required.Minimum number of characters not met.Exceeded maximum number of characters.Invalid format. (Security three digit on rear of credit card, within the signature area)

Payment amount: $ A value is required.Invalid format.The entered value is less than the minimum required.The entered value is greater than the maximum allowed.

Your DAYTIME phone number: A value is required.Invalid format.
